IMPORTANT SPORTS GAME PICTURE NEWS
My name is Eric Gonzalez (Mr. G) and I'm the photography instructor at The North Carolina Leadership Academy. Throughout the year, I'll be present at several home games for each sport to capture high-quality action shots of our talented student-athletes.
In the spirit of supporting our school community, I'll be providing complimentary, low-res photos to our teams for their social media use. These images will feature a discreet watermark to protect the photos' integrity while allowing them to shine on social platforms.
Furthermore, for those who wish to own these memorable moments in their highest quality, I'm pleased to offer the same photos as high-resolution digital downloads for a nominal fee of just $5 each. These downloads will be conveniently accessible on my website, which you can visit at https://mistagphotography.pixieset.com/?t=sports.
Your support not only helps you cherish these remarkable moments but also contributes to the ongoing success of our photography program. Thank you for your enthusiasm, and I look forward to capturing unforgettable memories for you to cherish.

WELCOME BACK FALCONS! Hope you all had a great fall break!!! Share a picture and let us see what you did!!!

Tomorrow, 10/12 the new TheNCLA.org website will launch. We are really excited with all the capabilities it has including the Live Feed and News sections which can been accessed both on the main page and the app. Because all posts will be available on the site, we are planning to deactivate all except for the main NCLA Facebook page. So starting tomorrow, we will no longer have separate K-2, 3-5, Middle, and High groups on Facebook. Instagram will remain as it is. We hope you find streamlining the sites will make it easier to find what you are looking for.

NCLA raised over $2,000 for The Pulsera Project which helps to employ artisans with fair trade jobs, supports education in communities throughout Central America, and funds amazing projects that leave a positive and lasting social impact on the lives of countless Nicaraguans and Guatemalans. The bracelet sale was sponsored by Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica - NCLA's Spanish Honor Society. As a thank you gift for partnering with Central American artists to make the world a more just and colorful place, the organization sent a set of maracas hand-carved and painted with "North Carolina Leadership Academy" by artisans in the Masaya region of Nicaragua (see photo).

High School Pep band is looking for a few more members.
