The North Carolina Leadership Academy is a public K-12 grade charter school located in Kernersville NC. Admission is through a lottery process. Our primary mission at The North Carolina Leadership Academy is to develop each student’s leadership potential, intellectual aptitude, physical ability and heart for service in order to prepare our students to live in and give back to a changing society as self-respecting and responsible citizens. The administration, faculty, staff , board of trustees and other stakeholders, value the partnership the charter set forth with the parents and seek to foster a close relationship between home and school in order to reach each student’s potential. We strive to serve all our students and families, including our military families.
