Deadlines to turn in 2024-2025 hours/forms:

9th-11th graders: May 30, 2025

12th graders: April 3, 2025

***Be sure to keep copies of all service hour forms for your records. You may use these for college applications, employment, and future opportunities.  Also, your supervisor(s) can serve as great references.***

Students will use Infinite Campus to turn in Service Hours online this year. In IC, the student will go under "Assignments" and will see an assignment named "Community Service Hours Submission". They will use this one assignment link to turn in Service Hours all YEAR by using the "Resubmit button" each time you have new hours to turn in. You can turn in multiple sheets at one time by scanning them into 1 PDF. 

How to submit an NCLA Service Hours Form:

1. Completely fill out NCLA Service Hours form on paper with live signatures. Digitally signed forms will not be accepted.

2. Copy and paste the table provided in the assignment instructions into the "Submissions" box. Type the name of the organization(s) you volunteered with, date(s) you volunteered, and how many hours are submitted per date. Continue adding lines all year until you've reached 25 hours.

3. Use CamScanner or another app to upload a PDF scan of your NCLA Service Hours form(s) using the "Upload file" button.

4. Keep your paper copy in a folder. If we have questions about your submission, we will ask for the paper copy. Inability to provide paper copy will void the hours in question.

When the NCLA hears of volunteer opportunities in the community, they are updated on https://nclaservice.blogspot.com. You may subscribe to the blog via email to receive an email on any day the blog has been updated. We generally do not post opportunities otherwise.
